1. Grant of License

Subject to this Agreement, Provider grants you (“User”) a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App solely for your personal or internal business purposes in connection with your authorized QuickBooks Online account.

2. Restrictions

You may not, and may not permit others to:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except as expressly permitted by law.

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to unauthorized access to QuickBooks Online or other systems.

  • Circumvent or disable any security features or license enforcement.

3. Ownership

The App is licensed, not sold. Provider retains all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights.

4. Integration with QuickBooks Online

The App integrates with QuickBooks Online via the Intuit API. User acknowledges that:

  • Use of QuickBooks Online is subject to Intuit’s terms of service.

  • Provider is not affiliated with Intuit Inc. and does not guarantee the availability, reliability, or performance of Intuit’s services.

  • If Intuit modifies or restricts API access, App functionality may be limited or discontinued.

5. Data & Privacy

The App may access and process financial or personal data from your QuickBooks Online account in order to provide functionality.

  • Provider does not claim ownership of your data.

  • Provider will not sell or share your data with third parties except as required by law or necessary to provide the App’s functionality.

  • User is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection and privacy laws.

6. Fees & Payment

Fees (if any) for use of the App will be disclosed to the User prior to activation of paid features. Payment terms, billing cycles, and refund policies will be provided at that time. Until then, use of the App is considered free of charge.

7. Updates & Support

Provider may, but is not obligated to, provide updates, enhancements, or bug fixes. Support is provided on an “as available” basis via Contact@ShopDSB.com.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” Provider makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Provider does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from use of the App. Provider’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by User (if any) for use of the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Provider may suspend or terminate your license at any time if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the App and supersedes all prior understandings.

7. Third-Party Services

Our App is intended for business use only and not directed to children under 13 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
